Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
  • 1 plus years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Food Safety Certification which may vary based on city county or state
  • Ability to manage a team and lead daily restaurant operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience with inventory and budget management

Job Duties

  • Manage front of house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and presentation of dining room and bar areas
  • Manage the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
  • Hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock outs
  • Ensure profitability by working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
  • Provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
