Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
- 1 plus years of restaurant leadership experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- Food Safety Certification which may vary based on city county or state
- Ability to manage a team and lead daily restaurant operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience with inventory and budget management
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage front of house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and presentation of dining room and bar areas
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
- Hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock outs
- Ensure profitability by working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
- Provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
