Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1 or more years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Food handlers certification
  • Food safety certification as required by city county or state regulations
  • Ability to manage staff scheduling and customer service operations
  • Experience in inventory checks and supply ordering
  • Capability to oversee budget and financial reports
  • Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Manages front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and presentation of dining room and bar areas
  • Manages kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
  • Hires trains and retains talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
  • Conducts regular inventory checks and orders restaurant supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs
  • Works with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management to ensure restaurant profitability
  • Provides guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and conducts employee training
