Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- 1 or more years of restaurant leadership experience
- Food handlers certification
- Food safety certification as required by city county or state regulations
- Ability to manage staff scheduling and customer service operations
- Experience in inventory checks and supply ordering
- Capability to oversee budget and financial reports
- Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards

- Possession of food handlers certification

Job Duties
- Manages front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and presentation of dining room and bar areas
- Manages kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
- Hires trains and retains talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
- Conducts regular inventory checks and orders restaurant supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs
- Works with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management to ensure restaurant profitability
- Provides guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and conducts employee training
