Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
- Current Food Handlers Certification
- Food Safety Certification if applicable based on location
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- 1 or more years of restaurant leadership experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- Food Safety Certification where required
- Strong leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties
- Manage front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and dining room presentation
- Manage kitchen team to ensure timely quality food delivery and resolve service issues
- Hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Ensure profitability by working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
- Provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
