Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Current Food Handlers Certification
  • Food Safety Certification if applicable based on location
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and dining room presentation
  • Manage kitchen team to ensure timely quality food delivery and resolve service issues
  • Hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Ensure profitability by working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
  • Provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
