Job Duties
- Manage front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and dining room presentation
- supervise kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
- hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
- conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies to maintain stock levels and prevent stock-outs
- ensure profitability by working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
- provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
