Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1 or more years of restaurant leadership experience
  • food handlers certification
  • food safety certification as required by city county or state
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage time and staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and dining room presentation
  • supervise kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
  • hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
  • conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies to maintain stock levels and prevent stock-outs
  • ensure profitability by working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
  • provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
