Job Requirements
- Minimum three years managerial experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Food Safety Handler certification
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- strong financial skills including budgeting and P&L understanding
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage team and guest relations effectively
Job Qualifications
- Upscale dining experience as a manager
- minimum of three years of managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant with similar style, capacity, and volume
- a college degree preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Food Safety Handler certification
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- strong financial and computer skills including P&L management and budgeting
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
Job Duties
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
- monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring compliance with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
- assisting with team member training and monitoring performance
- maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management
