Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure
  • basic understanding of business operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling, etc.)
  • flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • support the general manager in managing daily operations and team supervision
  • lead by example in providing outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment
  • assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff
  • monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track supply usage
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
  • help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • analyze performance metrics and support initiatives to meet or exceed targets
  • step in as acting manager in the absence of the general manager
