Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- strong communication and organizational skills
- proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure
- basic understanding of business operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling, etc.)
- flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- support the general manager in managing daily operations and team supervision
- lead by example in providing outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment
- assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff
- monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track supply usage
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- analyze performance metrics and support initiatives to meet or exceed targets
- step in as acting manager in the absence of the general manager
