Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in a managerial position in a high volume restaurant
- ServSafe Food Safety Handler and TIPS certification preferred but not mandatory
- experience working with and understanding P&Ls
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
- no degree required

Job Duties
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for front of house team members
- monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring actions align with company quality sanitary and legal standards
- assisting team member training and monitoring performance with open communication for corrections
- maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and bar inventory
