Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader position in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
Jersey Mike’s phase 1 and 3 certifications and willingness to attend phase 2 within 12 months
knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
ability to provide outstanding customer service
strong problem solving and initiative skills
proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
excellent organizational, planning, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
dependable with strong work ethic
ability to interact professionally with customers and handle difficult service issues
ability to read, write, and speak English
ability to stand, twist, reach, grab, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
valid driver license with clean driving record and liability coverage
food handler’s permit

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader position in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
Jersey Mike’s phase 1 and 3 certifications with phase 2 to be attended within first 12 months
knowledgeable regarding employment law and human resources practices
understanding of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination
basic math skills
basic computer knowledge
food handler’s permit
valid driver license with clean driving record and sufficient liability coverage

Job Duties

ensure total customer satisfaction through quality products and excellent customer service
respond promptly and positively to customer concerns and resolve issues
supervise and direct employees during work hours
train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback to employees
