Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- have a food handler's permit and or obtain one within 30 days of starting
- high school diploma or equivalent
- service oriented with guests and team members
- good team player with consistent communication skills
- able to comfortably interact with customers
- handle service issues professionally
- able to take initiative and problem solve
- basic math skills
- able to read, write, speak English
- able to stand, twist, reach, grab, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
- willing to ensure 100 percent attendance
- valid driver's license with clean driving record and sufficient liability coverage
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years' experience in a team or shift leader position in a restaurant, retail, or convenience store
- Jersey Mike's phase 1 and 3 certification, and attend phase 2 within first 12 months

- knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
- knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources

Job Duties
- ensure total customer satisfaction through the delivery of a quality product and excellent customer service by restaurant personnel
- respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect customers
- supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours
- work independently and use own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities
- train, coach and provide regular performance feedback positive and corrective to motivate and improve the performance of all employees
- evaluate employees' performance and hold employees accountable for meeting performance standards
- communicate team goals and expectations to all employees
- coach employees toward achieving goals, recognize and reward employees who contribute to goals
- make employment decisions regarding hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, compensation
- develop and execute the business plan for the restaurant
- analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs and initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of QSC
- execute company-wide marketing programs
- identify and develop local restaurant marketing strategies to maximize sales
- ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with company policies and procedures
- uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and employees
- continued education including franchise specific certifications
- transport cash deposits to bank in a secure personal vehicle
- 100 percent attendance
- model and promote all shared company values including compassion, communication and collaboration
- any and all other duties assigned
