Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or food service management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to train and motivate staff
- commitment to following company policies and safety regulations

Job Duties

- ensure achievement of restaurant objectives and compliance with laws and ethical practices
- lead interview direct train and develop employees
- manage labor costs and review budget and p&l monthly
