Job Requirements

  • 18 years old or older
  • Must be available evenings weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado if required
  • Ability to stand walk and occasionally lift during shifts
  • On-site active management role in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience McDonald’s or similar preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong confident presence
  • Excellent communication coaching and team-building abilities
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Highly organized punctual and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required college degree in business or hospitality is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations with precision including staffing inventory food safety and customer service
  • Maintain a strong professional presence that sets the tone for the entire team
  • Be consistently punctual and hold your team to high standards of attendance and professionalism
  • Recruit train and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with care and urgency
  • Monitor financial performance control costs and drive profitability
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community
