Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior restaurant, retail or supervisory experience preferred
ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6 am
capacity to work 50 hours per week
proficiency in digital technologies related to back office operations
strong organizational and leadership capabilities
effective communication skills

Job Duties

Hire, train and develop employees
communicate job expectations to their employees
plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees' job performance
provide coaching and feedback
disciplines when appropriate
create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
manage donut orders with kitchen and submit all food orders and make weekly schedules
handle bank deposits
ensure online training is completed for new hire
deliver speed in drive-thru as role play for other employees in store
control costs to help maximize profitability
execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
set sales goals and track results
participate in bonus plan and meet performance targets
