Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of management experience in full-service high-volume upscale restaurants
  • Servsafe certification or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Operate a high-volume restaurant with focus on guest experience including atmosphere food drinks and service
  • Assist with full lifecycle management of hourly team members including interviewing hiring scheduling training and providing feedback
  • Provide hands-on coaching and development of front-of-house team to enhance menu knowledge and service
  • Lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings
  • Create exceptional experiences for guests and team members
  • Maintain visible tableside presence to receive guest feedback and resolve concerns
  • Manage financial responsibilities such as inventory ordering tip distribution timecard adjustments and cash and credit card reconciliation
