Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 or more years of management experience in full-service high-volume upscale restaurants
- Servsafe certification or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Operate a high-volume restaurant with focus on guest experience including atmosphere food drinks and service
- Assist with full lifecycle management of hourly team members including interviewing hiring scheduling training and providing feedback
- Provide hands-on coaching and development of front-of-house team to enhance menu knowledge and service
- Lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings
- Create exceptional experiences for guests and team members
- Maintain visible tableside presence to receive guest feedback and resolve concerns
- Manage financial responsibilities such as inventory ordering tip distribution timecard adjustments and cash and credit card reconciliation
