Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • significant experience in food and beverage management
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle customer complaints
  • proficiency with relevant software systems
  • physical ability to meet job demands

Job Qualifications

  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point of sales systems
  • familiarity with food handling, safety, and restaurant guidelines
  • significant experience in food and beverage industry

Job Duties

  • Operate food and beverage department within budgeted payroll and adjust as sales fluctuate
  • evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance
  • handle customer complaints diplomatically and courteously
  • plan weekly schedules for food and beverage employees
  • coordinate with kitchen for expedient ticket times, food quality, and plate presentation
  • plan, promote, and direct all restaurant activities
  • manage sale, operation, billing, and collection of banquet functions
  • ensure accurate ordering of food and beverage with Executive Chef
  • develop food and beverage sales and promotions
  • enforce safe work practices and food handling standards
