Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Ability to complete any legally required certifications before starting work
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years full service restaurant management experience
  • Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, planning, and operational skills
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper drink presentation
  • Assist General Manager in operations and staffing
  • Support employee training and development
  • Handle payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote business, increase sales, and ensure brand integrity
  • Manage vendor relationships and local marketing efforts
