Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
- Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Ability to complete any legally required certifications before starting work
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years full service restaurant management experience
- Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years or older
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, planning, and operational skills
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
- Ability to manage sensitive information and changing priorities
Job Duties
- Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper drink presentation
- Assist General Manager in operations and staffing
- Support employee training and development
- Handle payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- Promote business, increase sales, and ensure brand integrity
- Manage vendor relationships and local marketing efforts
