Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of team development and performance improvement
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to develop and lead teams
- Experience with restaurant systems and operational processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
