Job Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant management or relevant supervisory role
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
- Experience in budgeting financial reporting and cost control within a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike
Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and food quality
- Train mentor and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee kitchen management including food preparation inventory control and compliance with health regulations
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
- Develop and monitor budgets including cost control measures related to labor and food expenses
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings
