Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or relevant supervisory role
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
  • Experience in budgeting financial reporting and cost control within a restaurant setting
  • Familiarity with kitchen management practices and food safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and food quality
  • Train mentor and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Oversee kitchen management including food preparation inventory control and compliance with health regulations
  • Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
  • Develop and monitor budgets including cost control measures related to labor and food expenses
  • Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings
