Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- prior leadership experience required
- excellent communication skills

- excellent computer skills
- ability to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff according to company policies and legal regulations
- recruit, interview, train, assign work, appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere
- assist team members with category job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality and cleanliness standards
- manage cash control, security, financial reporting, and scheduling
- control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- manage labor costs via scheduling and sales performance
- perform other duties as assigned
