Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • ability to work full-time onsite with flexible scheduling
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of inventory and ordering processes
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • hands-on experience in kitchen operations including ordering and inventory
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach a team of restaurant employees
  • manage daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality customer service
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • oversee inventory management and ordering
  • maintain financial controls and meet sales targets
  • handle scheduling and workforce management
