Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for restaurant functioning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and primary accountability for P&L
- Drive sales through guest service, people development, and operations management
- Motivate team to exceed guest expectations with friendly, accurate, and fast service
- Manage guest experience and timely resolution of guest issues
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities and performance
- Manage labor scheduling and enforce compliance with regulations and brand standards
