Job Duties

  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Conduct line checks to verify compliance with food specifications
  • Interview, hire, train, and orient new employees
  • Prepare daily sales, cash interim, and labor control reports
  • Order food, supplies, and uniforms
  • Approve food and beverage discounts
  • Prioritize safety and security of employees and guests
