Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both operational and people-focused tasks
  • Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back-of-house operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage inventory and supply levels
  • Ensure high standards of guest experience and hospitality
  • Maintain operational standards and restaurant flow
  • Handle busy shifts while supporting team morale
  • Lead by example to inspire a people-first culture
