Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years of restaurant management experience
  • completed food safety/sanitation training
  • minimum age of 21 years
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience in a complex fast-paced environment
  • food safety and sanitation training completion
  • must be 21 years or older
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • strong operational skills in customer service
  • effective coaching and leadership abilities
  • intermediate math skills
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to build relationships at all levels
  • ability to manage confidential information and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • assist General Manager with daily operations
  • oversee vendor and supplier relationships
  • select and train Front of House and Back of House employees
  • manage performance of hourly employees
  • support business administration including payroll and financial reporting
  • promote the business and build sales
  • ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • handle scheduling and staffing
  • ensure proper cash handling
  • maintain team building and morale
  • coordinate To Go service and catering
  • execute local store marketing initiatives
