Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of restaurant management experience
- completed food safety/sanitation training
- minimum age of 21 years
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience in a complex fast-paced environment
- food safety and sanitation training completion
- must be 21 years or older
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- strong organizational and planning skills
- strong operational skills in customer service
- effective coaching and leadership abilities
- intermediate math skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to build relationships at all levels
- ability to manage confidential information and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
- ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- assist General Manager with daily operations
- oversee vendor and supplier relationships
- select and train Front of House and Back of House employees
- manage performance of hourly employees
- support business administration including payroll and financial reporting
- promote the business and build sales
- ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
- handle scheduling and staffing
- ensure proper cash handling
- maintain team building and morale
- coordinate To Go service and catering
- execute local store marketing initiatives
