Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1+ years experience as associate manager or 2 years as assistant manager for internal promote
- minimum 3 years experience managing service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be at least 18 years old
- must complete restaurant manager training
- must have ServSafe certification
- ability to speak, read and write English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math
- analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- self-starter with initiative
- proficient computer skills
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- use personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel
- ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- able to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- ability to type on computer keyboard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- associates or bachelors degree preferred
- minimum 1+ years as associate manager and/or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promote
- minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be 18 years or older
- completion of restaurant manager training
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak, read and write English effectively
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels to ensure development and talent
- ensures training systems are implemented and adhered to for all workstations
- identifies and develops internal candidates for management positions
- creates an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- motivates and inspires employees
- treats employees with respect and dignity
- recognizes and rewards employees regularly
- manages daily activities to achieve operational excellence
- ensures exceptional guest service and food quality
- reviews and improves guest experience practices
- maintains visibility with guests and resolves complaints professionally
- ensures correct operation of all systems by management and crew
- maintains brand image of cleanliness, maintenance, and service
- serves as role model for guest service
- analyzes operational and financial performance
- identifies trends and implements actions for improvement
- focuses on increasing sales and profitability
- monitors costs and adherence to budget and goals
- protects the brand and considers financial impact of decisions
- performs other duties as assigned
