Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a management role within a restaurant environment
- ability to work up to 50 hours per week with flexibility
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- capability to lead a diverse team effectively
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction

- oversee scheduling to provide flexible and balanced work hours
- drive sales goals and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
