Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a management role within a restaurant environment
  • ability to work up to 50 hours per week with flexibility
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • capability to lead a diverse team effectively
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • willingness to comply with health and safety protocols

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction
  • lead and develop restaurant team members through training and motivation
  • adhere to safety and sanitation standards including CDC-aligned Covid-19 protocols
  • oversee scheduling to provide flexible and balanced work hours
  • drive sales goals and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • engage with the local community and participate in company initiatives such as hunger relief programs
