Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in a high-volume full-service scratch kitchen restaurant
  • Valid Food Handler Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Server Certification
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
