Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in a high-volume full-service scratch kitchen restaurant
- Valid Food Handler Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Server Certification
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
