Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Directly supervise front of the house employees
- interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work schedules

- ensure clean and organized facility
- monitor food quality and presentation
- perform pre-opening inspections
- assist servers and bus persons as needed
