Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Directly supervise front of the house employees
  • interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work schedules
  • appraise employee performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • oversee dining room and bar operations
  • estimate and order food and beverage supplies
  • ensure clean and organized facility
  • monitor food quality and presentation
  • perform pre-opening inspections
  • assist servers and bus persons as needed
  • complete administrative requirements
  • oversee banquet functions when applicable
