Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience managing in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic understanding of payroll and scheduling processes
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Have been a key ingredient in the success of a full-service, high-volume restaurant for more than 2 years as a manager
  • basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations and last minute requests effectively
  • passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations

Job Duties

  • Run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality and presentation are up to company standards
  • perform precise line checks and facility walks and participate in all EcoSure and Health inspections with Head of House to ensure a safe production environment
  • manage all FOH employees including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and development
  • plan, assign and direct work
  • conduct performance appraisals, reward and discipline employees
  • manage FOH employees during shifts
  • schedule and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
