Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience managing in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic understanding of payroll and scheduling processes
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Have been a key ingredient in the success of a full-service, high-volume restaurant for more than 2 years as a manager
- basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to handle stressful situations and last minute requests effectively
- passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations
Job Duties
- Run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality and presentation are up to company standards
- perform precise line checks and facility walks and participate in all EcoSure and Health inspections with Head of House to ensure a safe production environment
- manage all FOH employees including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and development
- plan, assign and direct work
- conduct performance appraisals, reward and discipline employees
- manage FOH employees during shifts
- schedule and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
