Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret financial documents and written materials
  • proficient in English communication both verbal and written
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to stand and use hands for extended periods
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable working varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to promote a safe and respectful work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • able to read and interpret financial and written information
  • able to speak and understand English both written and verbally
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • able to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions and data

Job Duties

  • Capable of leading and directing others
  • follows service standards and sequence of service as outlined in the figure 8
  • responsible for ensuring that all employees follow Sizzler USA policies and procedures
  • oversees all areas of the restaurant to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and team members
  • performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • manages difficult or emotional guest situations
  • responds promptly to guest needs
