Job Requirements
- Must have substantial experience managing high-volume restaurants or bars
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- Able to handle multi-step instructions
- Adaptable to changing situations
- Mathematical skills for financial handling
- Completion of required food and alcohol service training
- Effective communication in English
- High school diploma required
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Must have ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
- Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Ensure positive guest experience and respond to complaints appropriately
- Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff to maintain a fun and playful work environment
- Train and develop hourly employees with regular coaching and evaluations
- Recruit staff who meet Twin Peaks image and costume standards
- Hire, supervise, counsel, and train employees while maintaining documentation
- Create daily shift schedules in accordance with company policy
- Complete accident and incident reports promptly
- Ensure all financial, reporting, and payroll duties are completed accurately and on time
- Estimate food and beverage costs and supervise portion control to minimize waste
- Order supplies and schedule deliveries
- Maintain professional dress and behavior
- Enforce sanitary food handling and cleanliness standards
- Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service
- Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards
- Ensure alcohol is served responsibly according to law
- Dedicate efforts to making Twin Peaks the best restaurant in its class
