Job Requirements

  • Must have substantial experience managing high-volume restaurants or bars
  • Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • Able to handle multi-step instructions
  • Adaptable to changing situations
  • Mathematical skills for financial handling
  • Completion of required food and alcohol service training
  • Effective communication in English
  • High school diploma required
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Must have ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
  • Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Ensure positive guest experience and respond to complaints appropriately
  • Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff to maintain a fun and playful work environment
  • Train and develop hourly employees with regular coaching and evaluations
  • Recruit staff who meet Twin Peaks image and costume standards
  • Hire, supervise, counsel, and train employees while maintaining documentation
  • Create daily shift schedules in accordance with company policy
  • Complete accident and incident reports promptly
  • Ensure all financial, reporting, and payroll duties are completed accurately and on time
  • Estimate food and beverage costs and supervise portion control to minimize waste
  • Order supplies and schedule deliveries
  • Maintain professional dress and behavior
  • Enforce sanitary food handling and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service
  • Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards
  • Ensure alcohol is served responsibly according to law
  • Dedicate efforts to making Twin Peaks the best restaurant in its class
