Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of management experience in a restaurant environment
  • food safety manager certification
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness and ability to travel occasionally
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience as an associate manager or 3 years as assistant manager
  • 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • food safety manager certification required
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • effective oral and written communication in English
  • basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • provide an exceptional experience for guests by ensuring proper training and holding staff accountable
  • review and modify practices to improve guest experience
  • respond timely and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
  • ensure management and crew operate systems correctly
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
  • use corporate training programs and development plans to enhance employee skills
  • provide constructive coaching and feedback
  • direct restaurant operations to maintain brand standards for food and facilities
  • enforce sanitary and security practices
  • maintain compliance with employment policies and regulations
  • resolve issues including customer complaints, employee relations, and security concerns
