Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • more than 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage staff scheduling and payroll
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations
  • resilient in stressful situations and able to handle last minute requests
  • have more than 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations

Job Duties

  • run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality and presentation are up to company standards
  • perform precise line checks and facility walks and participate in all EcoSure and health inspections with HOH to ensure a safe production environment
  • manage all FOH employees in accordance with True Food Kitchen policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training and development of employees
  • plan, assign and direct work
  • conduct performance appraisals, reward and discipline employees
  • manage FOH employees during shifts
  • schedule and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
