Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- more than 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage staff scheduling and payroll
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations
- resilient in stressful situations and able to handle last minute requests
- have more than 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations
Job Duties
- run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality and presentation are up to company standards
- perform precise line checks and facility walks and participate in all EcoSure and health inspections with HOH to ensure a safe production environment
- manage all FOH employees in accordance with True Food Kitchen policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training and development of employees
- plan, assign and direct work
- conduct performance appraisals, reward and discipline employees
- manage FOH employees during shifts
- schedule and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
