Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to train and develop staff

Job Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of managerial experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations with resilience
  • passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality and presentation are up to company standards
  • perform precise line checks and facility walks and participate in all EcoSure and Health inspections with head of house to ensure a safe production environment
  • manage all front of house employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • conduct performance appraisals, reward and discipline employees
  • manage front of house employees during shifts
  • schedule and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
