Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or kitchen management
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • perform administrative activities like inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • ensure food safety, quality, and presentation are on par while conducting line checks
  • support in the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • manage staff performance and resolve guest complaints
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
