Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts
- Review monthly budgets and profit and loss statements
- Promote sales by enhancing customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control costs through crew preparation and production oversight
- Track and reduce waste by enforcing procedures and crew accountability
- Communicate sales and profit issues to General or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profits plans
- Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft
- Monitor product quality by engaging with customers and managing crew performance
- Measure service times and improve efficiency
- Train crew in customer courtesy and responsiveness
- Take corrective actions to enhance service speeds
- Solicit customer feedback to gauge satisfaction
- Set and communicate daily service goals
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness during shifts
- Follow a structured cleaning plan and correct deficiencies
- Train crew on new products and initial job skills
- Assist in training new managers
- Cross-train crew for shift flexibility
- Recognize high performers
- Ensure crew meets preparation and production goals
- Monitor inventory and complete physical inventory
- Receive and manage food deliveries
- Secure cash, products, and equipment
- Follow shift management priorities and plans
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Take proactive action to resolve potential problems
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- Ensure proper cash control and accident reporting
- Manage shifts effectively using standard checklists
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling
