Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistent with Cracker Barrel standards
- Lead and inspire the team during busy service periods
- Maintain operational standards including food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Balance staffing needs and scheduling to ensure smooth restaurant flow
