Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to read, interpret financial and written information
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions and data
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of related experience or training in restaurant management or hospitality
  • Ability to read and interpret financial and written information
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage team dynamics and provide performance feedback

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct restaurant team members
  • Follow service standards and sequence of service as outlined in company protocols
  • Ensure all employees comply with Sizzler USA policies and procedures
  • Oversee all restaurant areas to maintain safe and sanitary conditions
  • Manage guest service situations effectively
  • Delegate work assignments and monitor performance
  • Monitor and maintain financial targets within approved budgets
