Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel preferred
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage both front and back-of-house operations
  • experience in inventory and cost control
  • proven ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory and control costs
  • maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • lead and motivate the team during busy shifts
  • handle scheduling and labor management
