Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management preferred
  • minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume settings
  • proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively
  • familiarity with California labor laws and health and safety regulations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and financial goals
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of upscale or high-volume restaurant management experience
  • strong financial acumen including P&L, labor management, and cost controls
  • excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • thorough understanding of California labor laws, health department regulations, and compliance requirements
  • ability to inspire and coach team members to provide genuine hospitality
  • experience working in fine dining or similar fast-paced environments
  • passion for hospitality, food, and wine
  • connection to the South Bay lifestyle is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
  • supervise, train, and schedule FOH team members including servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders, and barbacks
  • collaborate with the Executive Chef, Events Team, and General Manager to execute private events and promotions
  • manage labor, costs, and budgets to achieve financial goals
  • uphold compliance with California labor laws, health and safety standards, and alcohol service protocols
  • foster an inspiring, positive, and accountable culture built on teamwork and trust
  • engage with the South Bay community to grow brand loyalty
