Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Associate or Assistant Manager
  • Must be 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to problem solve in high-stress situations
  • Knowledge of financial statements
  • Ability to perform duties of every position
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts
  • Availability for occasional overnight travel
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Manages daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Provides excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements
  • Reviews practices and modifies to improve the guest experience
  • Responds to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
  • Ensures management team and crew understand and operate all systems correctly
  • Maintains restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • Develops employees using training programs, individual plans, and work assignments
  • Provides coaching and feedback
  • Directs restaurant operations to meet brand standards
  • Enforces sanitary and security practices
  • Maintains compliance with employment policies and regulations
  • Proactively resolves problems involving customer complaints, employee issues, or facilities
