Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Associate or Assistant Manager
- Must be 100 percent certified in all workstations
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to problem solve in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of financial statements
- Ability to perform duties of every position
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts
- Availability for occasional overnight travel
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Manages daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Provides excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements
- Reviews practices and modifies to improve the guest experience
- Responds to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
- Ensures management team and crew understand and operate all systems correctly
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- Develops employees using training programs, individual plans, and work assignments
- Provides coaching and feedback
- Directs restaurant operations to meet brand standards
- Enforces sanitary and security practices
- Maintains compliance with employment policies and regulations
- Proactively resolves problems involving customer complaints, employee issues, or facilities
