Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage food production to ensure quality and consistency
  • Operate Back-of-the-House according to company recipes and procedures
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Oversee labor management and scheduling in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve performance goals
  • Support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
