Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history with management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education or training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products and procedures
  • Ensure quality control of food and recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Oversee labor management and scheduling in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Collaborate with restaurant management team to uphold operational standards
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Monitor compliance with company systems and procedures
