Job Requirements
- Strong stable work history with management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
- Education or training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Manage food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products and procedures
- Ensure quality control of food and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Oversee labor management and scheduling in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to uphold operational standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Monitor compliance with company systems and procedures
