Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in hospitality or restaurant hosting
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and team player
- basic computer literacy

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage high-volume seating
- familiarity with reservation and seating software a plus

- knowledge of local area to assist guests with recommendations
Job Duties
- welcome patrons and greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- seat guests at tables or in the lounge maintaining seating balance
- provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the host station and dining areas
- handle guest inquiries and resolve seating or service issues promptly
