Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of walking and moving throughout the restaurant
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- ability to handle fast-paced environment
- basic math and computer skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service role is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of host station
- communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
