Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining a welcoming and organized host stand
- communicating effectively with team members
- ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
