Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Communicating effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
