Job Duties

  • Assist with clearing plates off tables and getting tables ready for the next guests
  • Make reservations, plan out the seating chart, and troubleshoot customer phone inquiries
  • Lead all guests to their seats, ensuring they have a place to sit, proper glass and tableware, filled water glasses, and menus
  • Check the dining room constantly for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments on the table as necessary
  • Acknowledge all customers warmly immediately upon arrival to ensure their first impression of the restaurant is positive
