Job Duties
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Work with the manager and server to ensure a smooth dinner service
- Help the hospitality team as needed with tasks such as silverware roll-ups, occasional bussing, and communicating timing of reservations
- Use reservation software to coordinate guest seating efficiently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming host station
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
