Job Requirements
- 3+ years QSR general management restaurant experience
- Experience in hiring, developing, and motivating teams
- Proficient in team scheduling and productivity
- Knowledge of food ordering system
- Experience managing store sanitation and cash handling
- Ability to read and manage budgets and P&L
- Experience running sales promotions and local store marketing
- ServSafe certification
- Flexible schedule
- Willingness to work 5-day, 10-hour shifts

Job Duties
- Manage the total operation and lead the store team of 40+
- Make guests feel at home and ensure excellent product quality
- Manage the P&L through smart business planning and controlling expenses
- Teach excellent customer service and motivate the team
- Oversee ordering and local store marketing initiatives
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive sales and build repeat business
- Implement store sanitation and cash management practices
