Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Reliable transportation to travel to the home restaurant and other locations
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as register, headset, and grill
- Commitment to promoting safe food handling practices
- Eligible to work in the country and pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
Job Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and lead a motivated team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create and maintain a customer-first service experience that encourages repeat visits
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Hire, train, and develop team members to build a cohesive and effective workforce
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness, quality, and compliance with brand standards
- Manage inventory and financial reports to meet budget and financial targets
- Resolve guest issues and operational challenges promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
