Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Reliable transportation to travel to the home restaurant and other locations
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as register, headset, and grill
  • Commitment to promoting safe food handling practices
  • Eligible to work in the country and pass a background check
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and lead a motivated team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create and maintain a customer-first service experience that encourages repeat visits
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to build a cohesive and effective workforce
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness, quality, and compliance with brand standards
  • Manage inventory and financial reports to meet budget and financial targets
  • Resolve guest issues and operational challenges promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
